I specialize in injury and rehabilitation, with a holistic approach towards restoration and self improvement. Modalities include: Swedish Massage, Myofacial Release (deep tissue), Trigger Point Therapy and Somatic Movement Re-education with postural and gait training, manual traction and stretching, ergonomics and life-style management.

Business Philosophy:

I bring 19 number of years of full time experience to the table. I have been running an independant full time business in the Pacific Northwest since 1987. I am an avid believer of personal growth and development. I believe we are all on a journey, a quest of self discovery, although different from one another, nontheless significant in purpose. These differences are to be celebrated, for they are what makes us unique. Even though at times our personal journeys may take us to an unfamiliar, often uncomfortable place, it is the ultimate direction of one's own TRUTH, whatever it may be, that carries us to the place of expansion and to our optimum. The one thing, that after all stands in our way is our own limitations

I work with individuals to understand this by recognizing patterns that no longer serve them, and how our own systems may be harbouring these limitation. I look at posture, in how it plays a part not only in pain, but our thinking.
