With 22 years of experience ,I have maintained an independent full time business in the Pacific Northwest (since 1987). I am an avid believer of personal growth and development. I believe we are all on a journey, a quest of self discovery, although different from one another, nonetheless significant in purpose. These differences are to be celebrated, for they are what makes us unique. Even though at times our personal journeys may take us to an unfamiliar, often to an uncomfortable place, it is the ultimate direction of one's own TRUTH, whatever it may be, that carries us to the place of expansion and to our optimum. The one thing after all, that stands in our way, is our own limitations.

I work with individuals to understand this by recognizing patterns that no longer serve them, and how our own systems may be harboring these limitation. I look at posture, in how it plays a part not only in pain, but our thinking.
